About Marian Oles
Marian began her career in photography with her husband Henry in Northeastern Ohio,
specializing in weddings. Together they have photographed well over 1000 weddings,
providing couples with the highest quality, contemporary style and unmatched service.
Moving to San Marcos Texas, they originated Cameo Studio which later became Studio II
and then Marian Oles Photography. The Oles were always pioneers in many aspects of
photography, leading the way in many new methods and concepts and developing specialized
equipment which they manufacture and sell to professional photographers world wide.
Both Marian and Henry have been awarded the degree of Photographic Craftsman by the
Professional Photographers of America. Marian received the degree for producing award
winning photography as well as for making speaking presentations to professional
photographers and writing articles about her use of the Scene Machine virtual
background system and other aspects of her studio operation. Her photographs have
appeared in many publications including the front cover of Studio Photography magazine.
